For this new season, the Hotel Annapurna wants to put its cuisine in the spotlight. To do so, Sandra Pinturault has joined forces with the reknown Chef Jean Rémi Caillon. Together, they are determined to give the restaurants a modern and striking identity. This new vision is nevertheless based on strong family and traditional values. Like Sandra, Jean Rémi Caillon shares his love for the mountains, the region, local and seasonal products, which he intends to sublimate through a fine and elegant symphony of flavours.
