Alain Péant, Head Barman

  • He started at the Hotel Annapurna as a bar clerk at the end of the 1980s alongside the founder of the establishment, grandfather of the current general manager Sandra Pinturault. He then became a barman, assistant barman and then head of service. For more than 20 years, he has divided his time between the Château de la Messardière in Saint Tropez and the Hotel Annapurna in Courchevel, where he follows the customers according to the seasons.
