Hôtel Annapurna is first and foremost a family story. The story of a business that has been handed down from generation to generation.

The Hotel Annapurna owes its name to the famous mountaineer Maurice Herzog. He was the designated leader of the French expedition to Annapurna in 1950, when he and Louis Lachenal conquered this first summit of over 8,000 metres for the very first time.

Christiane and André Pinturault wanted to pay tribute to their friend and celebrate his achievement by naming their hotel after this incredible Nepalese mountain.

So it's only natural that we should try to pass on this wonderful story to our guests. Our mascot, a little polar bear, is called "Maurice".

The Hotel Annapurna has 67 rooms and suites, including 2 PRM rooms, each with breathtaking views.

It has developed authentic, personalised services based on a commitment to excellence. The hotel is driven by the desire to satisfy the needs of its customers while anticipating the trends of tomorrow.

For almost 50 years, it has been committed to accompanying its guests to offer them precious memories.

In the spring of 2022, the Pinturault family acquired a number of new establishments: Hôtel Les Peupliers****, the restaurants La Table de Mon Grand-Père, l'Étable des Lys and Les Chalets Altaï in Courchevel Le Praz.

By teaming up with Chef Jean Rémi Caillon, La Maison Pinturault is developing 3 additional restaurants.
