Booking & Confirmation
Booking a masterclass is considered firm and final upon receipt of full payment.
Payment must be made prior to the experience. No participation can be confirmed without payment validation.
Masterclass Rates
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes.
• Cooking Masterclass: €450 (1 to 8 persons) + €50/person
• Pastry Masterclass: €300 per person (1 to 8 persons)
• Oenology Masterclass: From €60/person
These rates include guidance by our teams or instructors, raw materials, and all equipment necessary for the smooth running of the masterclass.
Resident discounts (-15%) or any other reduction do not apply to these services.
Cancellation Policy
Cooking & Pastry Masterclasses
Cancellation more than 48h before the class: 100% refund.
Cancellation less than 48h before the class or no-show: non-refundable.
Oenology Masterclasses
Cancellation more than 24h before the class: 100% refund.
Cancellation less than 24h before the class or no-show: non-refundable.
Children & Families
Cooking & Pastry: from 6 years old, under adult supervision.
Oenology: adults only (18+).
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Please inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Our teams will do their best to provide suitable alternatives. However, we cannot guarantee complete absence of allergens or adaptation for multiple or complex allergies.
Accessibility
The spaces hosting the masterclasses are accessible to people with reduced mobility. To ensure the best possible welcome, please inform us during booking so our teams can adapt the setup if necessary.
Liability
Each participant agrees to follow the safety instructions provided by the supervising teams. For comfort and safety during the masterclass, it is recommended to wear closed shoes, tie back long hair, and wear clothing suitable for kitchen practice.
Hotel Annapurna cannot be held responsible in case of misuse of equipment or non-compliance with instructions during the class.
Image Rights
For the promotion of its activities, Hotel Annapurna may take photos or videos during the masterclasses.
Unless opposed in writing beforehand, participants authorize the use of their image on the hotel's communication channels.
Event Modifications
The hotel reserves the right to modify, adapt, or postpone the masterclass.
