Comments

Half board: add € 50 /day/person - Full board : add € 100/day/person.
The prices are per day in a double room occupied by 2 persons, tax and service included, except the local city tax.
Double room in single occupancy: rates on request.
Pets : € 35 /day.
Garage: € 30 / day / vehicle.

BOOKING TERMS :

For each reservation, a deposit representing 35% (minimum one night) of the total amount of the stay is required to be done by Swift bank transfer as confirmation and insurance for a possible breach of contract.
The deposit is then deducted at the end of the stay, only if the original booking is entirely respected.
